Asking of nations has taken missionaries from the ends of the earth in Fiji to the rubbish dumps of Phnom Penh in Cambodia. God is answering prayer.
Missionary Susu Cinavou continues the feeding ministry with local worker Veasna Khem after the death of her husband Pastor Metui Cinavou, five years ago.
Today they are feeding close to 400 people in one feeding programme and it costs US$200 per feeding but the numbers keep increasing at every feeding session.
The demonstration of the love of God to the rubbish dump dwellers has been a part of the missionaries work since 2005.
And since then, the feeding ministry continues to reach out to the babies, children, young men and women, the single parents and the elderly where survival is until the next rubbish truck arrives at the dumps.
As a result of this feeding programme, families have come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and now attend regular church service in the city of Phnom Penh with the missionaries.
School age children are being encouraged to go to school and some have been sponsored by supporters to undertake English classes in the city as a means of getting out of poverty and a chance at a decent life.
$1.00 US will feed 2 adults and 4 children.
We NEED Partners to faithfully give $20 a month to feed 400 people residing in the rubbish dumpsites in Phnom Pehn City, Cambodia. Do not let this opportunity pass you by, plant a seed and feed more. “For Greater is He that gives than those that receives”
